Okay, so today Utusan newspaper (22/12/2011) publish an article that might make our day!! :). According to the article, films in 2012 do not have to go through film censorship process and it is up to the director and producer. Am not sure if this include foreign films but at this moment I am happy to hear it!!

Translation:
- Starting next year, Malaysia Censorship Board will no longer screen any film before it is released and the role is given to the film director and producer.
- Chief Secretary of Internal Ministry said that this step has been taken after taking into consideration views of everyone in film industry
- However, if there is any problem about the film shown, the film director and producer will be responsible.
- He added, any film to be released in 2012 and has gone through censorship screening may appeal for the film to be released without censorship.
