Stephenie Meyer In Malaysian Press

Our favorite author and dreamweaver Stephenie Meyer had a small article written about her in our local Berita Harian yesterday, 19 April 2010.

Here's a rough translation of the article:

"Stephenie Meyer, the author of Twilight, will be coming up with her latest creation, The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner, resurrecting the Bree Tanner character whose life was abruptly ended in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.

The book which will hit stores on June 5th, is still staying true to Vampires, telling the story of the newborn Bree who was killed by the Volturi Guard Felix, in the third installment of The Twilight Saga books.

Meyer brings into it a continuation to the story told from the view point of Bree, a newborn vampire created by Victoria, after her death.

For starters, 1.5 million copies of The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner will be published, and will be made available in all major book stores in Malaysia at RM 52.90 per copy.  To make it evne more interesting, Meyer as an appreciative gesture to her fans, is giving a chance for them to read the book for free online for a limited time between June 7th - July 5th at www.breetanner.com.

In addition to the 190 pages long The Short Second Life of Bree tanner, the publishers, Little Brown will also be publishing The Twilight Saga: The Official Guide by year end.

In 5 short years, Meyer has become a household phenomenon when over 100 million copies of The Twilight Saga books were sold in over 50 countries all over the world, and box office film adaptations."

American Library Association's Celebrity READ posters - Now Up To Eclipse!!!

Yes folks!

The awesome people at the American Library Association has impressed us yet again with a new Celebrity READ Poster featuring The Twilight Saga Eclipse Theme!

For Eclipse, they are featuring Jane (played by Dakota Fanning).  Look at that!  Even Jane reads Eclipse!

And for those who misses the New Moon one (I did), it featured Jacob reading New Moon as for the earlier Twilight READ poster featuring an intimate literature moment between Edward and Bella amidst guess what?..Twilight... SO ROMANTIC!!!

These posters were created to promote reading... And I know it will definitely do its job!

Chillex TwiHards! It's Not A Re-Shoot

Rumors have been floating in cyberspace lately that some scenes in Eclipse are being re-shoot.  The TwiDom is pratically an uproar over it.  Is it TRUE???

EM.org has posted on their site that IT IS NOT TRUE!  What was thought as re-shoots (whicih involves total scene remakes with different directors etc) was actually pick-ups (sort of mending here and there) with our guy David still very much piloting it...

Pheww!

So, chillex... Let's just wait patiently and calmly for July to come, sans all this ridiculous ruckuss...

RobSten Alert! RobSten Alert!!!

We previously reported that RobSten was sighted leaving Budapest together but we were not sure where they were headed (either US or UK) so now we are certain!  The two lovebirds (oh, cumon! Admit it already!) were spotted arriving in London on April 11th, amidst col weather and wearing check this out; MATCHING SHOES! So sweet!!!

Its like, they are (obviously) two young love struck stars who are adamantly doing their best to be madly in love and still stay hidden... Hehehehe...

Anywhoo, I strongly believe coming clean is the remedy. don't you think so too? :p

As previously mentioned in our previous post, we were on the lookout for someone to helm the creatives for our beloved Twilighters Malaysia.  If you were wondering who was it that has artfully designed our logos and banners, I hereby proudly announce that THE ONE is non other that our very own, ever talented Zack Cullen aka ZakiFadil!

Lets give him a round of applause!!! (Clap! Clap! Clap!)!  Please do note that he is not an admin.  He is our very own Art Director of sorts.  So please don't PM him on our official site for anything ok (don't worry man, I got your back!).

I cant stop laughing...LOL! EM.org posted this on their page and as they said, I tried to look for the tweet and it has been deleted!  Looks like David's regretting posting it up or he is just purposefully creating buzz!

Anyways, at least 26 people managed to re-tweet the post before he deletes it so, its pretty much already flying everywhere in cyberspace!

And don't even get me started on Emmet's.

TWIHARD SPOTTING!!!!

This is our very first TwiHard Spotting post!

I was out and about getting home from work the other day (I think it was sometime last week, can't recall which day...huhuhu) and I chanced on spotting a TwiHard amongst the crowd!  I bumped into Marsha who was holding and reading The Twilight Saga: New Moon so I approached her and asked her if I can take her pic to post here and she said yes!  Through conversation, I found out that she works somewhere near the Dang Wangi Putra LRT Station (where we met) and has been reading New Moon a couple of times (confession: I read New Moon the least as it's too depressing for me..hates that! - Alpha)

So TwiHards!  The next time you decided to read or re-read your precious The Twilight Saga in public, don't forget to put your sporting caps on and be ready to strike your best poses too cause you'd never know if you'd get SPOTTED by us!!!

Robert Pattinson & Chris Weitz in Japan From Japan NM DVD

This video was posted on YouTube and its a HQ version of what we experienced in Japan late last year when we attended the New Moon Tokyo Fan Event featuring Robert Pattinson and Chris Weitz in Japan, courtesy of Tayangan Unggul and Summit Entertainment.  Just thought that we would revisit this beautiful memory, in anticipation of better things for Eclipse (and Breaking Dawn).

I really2 had a great time even though I did not get to personally meet Robert (of Chris.. but pray I will, in due time...) but the experience being in the same room, the energy, the emotions, is priceless.  Just thought you guys should get the clear picture why.  Oh, and I miss Japan too - Alpha

I had a tremendous time too..especially becoz I got the chance to be in Japan itself. Becoz we only got to see Robert from about 50 feet way, I felt so incomplete....but yes, it was priceless!! Alpha....I miss Japan too!! Plan to go next year....ngee~~ - Beta

Well, it is not a surprise that they used the combination of official movie posters as the cover. I love it! (but love the fanmade more :P) How about you? As we mentioned in our ealier post, the book will be available 29th June 2010 and we will keep you updated if there is any changes. Honestly, we can't wait!!!!

Galaxie 1st April Issue Might Make Your Head Spins!!

There's no real!!!! love in you!!!!! There's no real!!! love in you!!! That verse or chorus kept on playing in my head when I think of Tokio Hotel. LOL!! Galaxie is somehow coming up with a different approach this month by featuring two hot star, Bill Kaulitz (Tokio Hotel) and Jared Leto on its cover.
