Edward and Bella has made it into Australia's Herald Sun "Top 10 Movie Characters of the Decade" list with the likes of Harry Potter, The Joker, Captain Jack Sparrow and Gollum amongst others. Read the excerpt below:
"Though they arrive on the scene only late in the decade, there is no denying the impact of Twilight's vampire Edward Cullen and his human paramour, Bella Swan. Like the Harry Potter books, Stephenie Meyer's novels had a cult following already, raising high expectations for the first film in 2008. The TwiHards didn't dissapoint, turning out in droves to make the film a hit and dragging friends, family and reluctant boyfriends along to the recently opened sequel, New Moon.
